Paisley to Lochwinnoch

This section of the route is 10 miles in length and it starts from Paisley Abbey and passes by Johnstone, Kilbarchan and Castle Semple Loch before entering Lochwinnoch. Much of the path is also designated as a part of National Cycle Route No. 7 and makes use in part of an old railway embankment.

Places of interest on this section as Paisley Abbey, Celtic Barochan Cross, St Mirin's Cathedral, and Castle Semple Collegiate Church. For more information on the Castle Semple Collegiate Church visit the News Section.
